I made these DELICIOUS cookies last night at 1am… I was bored and hungry!!
I took the recipe on the back of the Kraft Peanut Butter jar, and added my own twist to it.
3/4 CUP OF PEANUT BUTTER
1/4 CUP OF ALMOND BUTTER
3/4 CUP OF SUGAR (If you’re feeling adventurous, use half brown sugar)
1 LARGE BROWN EGG
3/4 CUP OATMEAL
CINNAMON (to sprinkle on top)
Mix all these LOVELY ingredients together
Roll the dough into balls and squish them with a fork, sprinkle some cinnamon or brown sugar on top, then bake for 20-23 minutes at 325 degrees!
VOILA, delicious, easy nut butter cookies!
Let them cool for 5-10 minutes before eating them, the butters need to harden
*The top picture, I rolled a couple frozen bananas in the dough, and baked them along with the rest of the cookies - They needed to be in the oven for slightly longer (2-3 minutes more), but if you bake one with banana, eat it quick while its gooey and warm!
In the future, I’m going to make these with Nutella, Peanut Butter, And almond butter, and use some brown sugar. They will be SO good!
